By submitting a request through GetCash4U, operated by Harucon Ventures, you provide the authorization described below so that lenders and lending partners can evaluate your request. Please read this page carefully before submitting your information.
Your authorization
You authorize GetCash4U to share the information you submit with lenders and lending partners in our network, and you authorize those lenders and partners to obtain information about you in order to assess your request. This may include verifying your identity, income, and employment, and obtaining your credit profile or score from one or more consumer reporting agencies.
Credit inquiries
Submitting a request to GetCash4U to see your options does not affect your credit score. Lenders or partners may perform a “soft” inquiry to pre-qualify you, which does not impact your score. If you choose to proceed with a specific lender, that lender may perform a “hard” credit inquiry, which can appear on your credit report and may affect your score. Any hard inquiry is conducted by the lender, not by GetCash4U.
Fair Credit Reporting Act
You acknowledge that lenders and partners may obtain and use a consumer report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable law for the purpose of evaluating your request and any subsequent loan.
Accuracy of information
You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are submitting your own information. Providing false information may result in your request being declined.
Withdrawing authorization
This authorization remains in effect for the purpose of processing your request. If you have questions or wish to withdraw your request before it is processed, contact us at support@getcash4u.com.
