Lending Policy

GetCash4U, operated by Harucon Ventures, is a free connection service, not a lender. This Lending Policy explains how our service works, what we do and do not do, and what you should expect when you submit a request to be matched with lenders and lending partners in our network.

Our role

We connect consumers with third-party lenders and lending partners. We do not make loans, set rates, make credit decisions, or fund any loan. We are not an agent or broker of any lender, and we do not endorse any particular lender. Any loan you receive is governed solely by the agreement between you and that lender.

Eligibility

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state).
Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Have a regular, verifiable source of income.
Hold an active checking account in your name.

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender or approved. Each lender applies its own underwriting standards.

Rates and terms

Loan amounts in our network range from $500 to $35,000, with APRs from 5.99% to 35.99% and repayment terms from 91 days to 72 months. Your actual rate, amount, and term are determined by the lender based on your creditworthiness, state of residence, and other factors. See our Rates & Fees page for a representative example.

Renewals and rollovers

Some lenders may offer to renew, refinance, or roll over a loan. These options are set and disclosed by the lender, may carry additional costs, and are not controlled by GetCash4U. Review any renewal terms carefully before agreeing.

Late payment, non-payment & collections

Late or missed payments may result in additional fees, increased costs, and negative credit reporting, as set out in your loan agreement and permitted by law. Lenders, not GetCash4U, handle servicing and collections. Contact your lender directly if you anticipate difficulty making a payment.

State availability

Availability of loans and specific terms vary by state, and lenders may not operate in every state. Not all consumers will qualify or be connected with a lender.
